House of Husky – Terms & Conditions (Prop Hire, Theming & Installations)
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all hire items and dates.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection. House of Husky reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment has not been received.
For bespoke or specialist items purchased specifically for a booking, full payment may be required in advance.
2. Hire Period
The agreed hire period will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any extension to the hire period must be agreed in writing in advance and may incur additional charges.
Late returns or collections may result in further fees.
3. Delivery & Collection
House of Husky offers kerbside delivery and collection.
4. Installation
Where installation services are not included:

The client is fully responsible for ensuring that all hired items are used safely and appropriately.
This includes, but is not limited to:

All items remain the property of House of Husky at all times.
The client is responsible for:
House of Husky reserves the right to charge for cleaning, repair, or replacement where necessary.
7. Insurance
It is strongly recommended that the client holds appropriate public liability insurance to cover the use of hired items.
Proof of insurance may be requested.

3. Delivery & Collection
House of Husky offers kerbside delivery and collection.
- Delivery is free of charge on orders over £2,000 + VAT
- For orders below this value, delivery charges will be quoted
- Items are delivered to a ground level access point as close as reasonably possible to the venue
- The client is responsible for moving items to their final position unless installation services have been agreed in advance
4. Installation
Where installation services are not included:
- The client assumes full responsibility for the safe installation, positioning, and securing of all hired items
- House of Husky will install items as agreed, however ongoing safety and monitoring during the hire period remains the responsibility of the client
5. Health & Safety Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for ensuring that all hired items are used safely and appropriately.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring props are securely positioned and cannot fall, tip, or be pushed over
- Providing adequate weighting, anchoring, or staking, particularly for outdoor use
- Considering environmental factors such as wind, weather, and foot traffic
- Ensuring items are not climbed on, misused, or accessed in an unsafe manner
6. Damage, Loss & Liability
All items remain the property of House of Husky at all times.
The client is responsible for:
- Any loss, theft, or damage to hired items during the hire period
- The full replacement or repair cost of any damaged or missing items
House of Husky reserves the right to charge for cleaning, repair, or replacement where necessary.
7. Insurance
It is strongly recommended that the client holds appropriate public liability insurance to cover the use of hired items.
Proof of insurance may be requested.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non refundable
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the hire date may be charged up to 100% of the total booking value, particularly where stock has been reserved or purchased
9. Use of Items
All items are hired for display and event use only unless otherwise agreed.
Items must not be:
- modified
- repainted
- altered in any way
10. Force Majeure
House of Husky shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- extreme weather
- transport disruption
- supplier issues
- acts of God
11. General
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
